The File menu controls the flow of data in and out of the database, both digitally and on paper. It is like the loading and unloading dock for data between your company and the wider world.

Import General… Import General Opens an Editor for bringing data into the program.
Script Editor... Helps you write a script and draft HTML pages.
Synchronize Editor... You can take data from a remote site and transfer it into our data.
Export General… Export General Opens an Editor for sending data out of the program. Output forms are controlled by the buttons which allow for data to be sent as ASCII text to a spread sheet both as references in a word processor and as HTML references.
Print Primary… Print Primary prints the primary form for the currently selected Default file. Each file can have a designated primary output form.
Print Defined Report… There are many possible reports to be printed. At the splash screen, File menu >> Print Defined Reports will show those "UserReports" marked "Automatic". In a file, only the reports for that file will be available.
Print QuickReport… Opens an empty "QuickReport Editor". This report is very easy to use and creates column type reports. This will print reports relative to the current Default file.
Print SuperReport… Opens an empty "SuperReport Editor". This Report Editor can be complex to use but creates flexible and powerful reports . This will print reports relative to the current Default file or other files that are Searched as part of the report.
Print Letters… Opens an empty "Letter Editor". Letters available for the current Default file are listed in the Popup.
Print Labels… Opens an empty "Label Editor". Use the open file capabilities to open the desired label.
Print Write... Opens an empty word processor window.
Print Calc... Opens an empty spread sheet window.
Print Graphs… Create graphs for the current selection of the Default file.
Post to Document... You can take data from the program and move it to other programs like Word, Excel, Quark.
Execute Script on Clip... When you create a script you can save it in a clip board. This function allows you to move around in the program and be able to execute your script any where in the program.
Show Defaults… Opens the "Default Record". Manage key default information.
User Count… For Client/Server Applications, sets the number of authorized Users.
Change Current User… Allows you to change the identity of the current User.
Change Password… Allows the current User to change their Password.
Password Editor… Accessible on by the first and second names on the list of current Users. Allows additional Users to be added.
Quit… Quits the program.
