Empty BillTo when Printing SuperReports

The empty BillTo address on reports is a common error that acctually takes place when the Customer record is first created.
The error is related to the Title field in the Customer record. The Title field is a very large fields and therfore allows you to "return" and continue entering information.
If, when entering the customer record, you make an entry into the Title field and press "return" rather then "tab" when finished you have told the program to leave a blank line after the title before starting the address line1. Or even if the Title field is left blank, and "return" rather then "tab" is hit once or sometimes even several times before exiting the field this will create several blank lines before the address line1.
When the report is to be printed it takes the amount of lines it can fit into the report for the space alloted and prints those lines. With carrage returns present at the top of the address those lines are read first and therfore what appears to be a blank space appears on the report. What has happened is the report has printed the "Carrage return" lines and ran out of room before the actual address appears.
When an Invoice, order, picklist etc prints like this you must remove the extra lines to have the report print correctly. To remove the lines go into the shipping page of the invoice, order, picklist, etc. Click on the AltBillTo button. A window opens the shows the address of the customer located in the center. Place your cursor to the left of the first character in the address and hit delete until the first line of the address is at the top of the page.
Reprint your report.
